Created concept designs for No obvious distress, a John Murray published book of poetry about a mothers experience with being diagnosed with cancer.  I experimented with different houses and buildings on the edge of cliffs, modern and old. I wanted to capture the bleak aspects of the book, but also the hope in darkness which guides the way. Created using fine liner.
